Ruirong Group was first established by Ruirong Import and Export to facilitating the credit and equity needs of global trading partners.

Over the years, our business model has evolved from investing in our business partners to manufacturers and projects outside our trading business circle. 

Since the inception of 2002, we have engaged into over 40 long or short term deals, which covered different  industries and regions. 

As a boutique  PE firm, we focus long term sustainable  investment result with goal of maximizing return to our invested  assets while constrain the risk of our portfolio. 

We have structured a variety of asset acquisition, recapitalization and build-up transactions, with typical invested entity has  revenue ranging between $10 million and $50 million in size.  Our currently invested partner has combined annual revenue close to  $400 Mil.,  We are looking forward to have the opportunity to work with you in potential deals.
